We send out promotional offers a couple times every month to existing customers and members of our mailing list. Offers often include free shipping coupons or special discounts. We will never sell or rent your email address to any other organization. You can remove yourself from our list at any time.
How can I place an order?
All orders are taken through our website. We accept all Major Credit Cards.

Once your order is finalized through our online shopping cart or with our customer service department, it cannot be cancelled or changed for any reason. If a delivery attempt is made and a package is refused you will be charged a penalty that may include, but not limited to extra shipping charges.
We ship only to US States.
We ship all orders other than flagpoles through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Large flagpoles by truck and Free shipping does not apply.
Proofread your order carefully. Shipping information cannot be changed once you submit your order. We process orders very quickly, and once an order begins the fulfillment process we’re unable to modify it. We apologize for any inconvenience, and we hope that our faster processing times work to your advantage.
Orders shipping to APOs, Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, or any US Territory DO NOT qualify for free shipping.
Large Flagpoles DO NOT Qualify for Free Shipping. As these flagpoles ship by truck out of different locations based on availability, our calculator is not able to calculate the exact freight charges. Please call us for a firm freight quote. If you select this shipping option you will get a very approximate freight cost based on the value of the shipment. You may also place the order using any shipping method and we will contact you with the actual cost. You may cancel the order at that point without any penalty.
Orders for in stock merchandise will ship within 3 business days. Transit times vary, for economy shipments, from 4 business days to 10 business days, depending on the customer’s location and the shipping method.
From time to time there may be information on our web site or in our product fliers that contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. Flag Raisers reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). On occasion actual flag colors may differ slightly from those pictured on our site. These discrepancies are out of our control, and Flag Raisers will not be held responsible.
